Holrnes e):plained the -v-ariances requested and indicated the <br />locations of 8):sisting buildings and road\~Jays to the members of <br />the Commission. Chair8an Toth opened the Public Hearing on <br />this item, and Mr. Ga~T Feller inquired vD1en the ordlnance <br />on set-backs was adopted. The Commissioners indicated the <br />oralnance became effective in 1971. Commissioner Driessen <br />expressed some concern over sight difficulties with the building <br />2ddition on the curve for automobile traffic.
