<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ELK RIVER PLAmJING COMMISSION <br />July 25, 1977 <br />7:30 PM. <br /> <br />Members present: Gangall, Toth, Beaudry, Bailey, Lundberg and Zabee <br /> <br />The minutes of the June 27, 1977 meeting were reviewed. The adjourment time <br />should read 11:30 pm and not 9:30 pm. As there were no other additions or <br />corrections the minutes were approved as printed. <br /> <br />Mr. Larson presented his revised preliminary plat plan and reviewed the <br />various changes that were made. Following the review a question and answer <br />period followed. <br /> <br />Mr. Gongoll declared the public hearing on Ridgewood East 2nd. Addition <br />closed. <br /> <br />Moved by Lundberg seconded by Bailey recommending to the City Council that <br />they a~prove the amended revised development plan for Ridgewood East 2nd. <br />Addition to include the following conditions. <br /> <br />1. Develope grade and pave Park View to City Engineers specifications. <br />2. Dedicate lot ;i.. to public for drainage purposes to include all neccessary <br />grading to be approved by City Engineers specifications. <br />3. ~IE.stall.,..ci:ty~.:wat.er. <br />4. All improvements to be completed within a 12 month period from date <br />of final approval. <br />S. Post bond or other type of securities for the required improvements. <br /> <br />Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 6-0. <br /> <br />Neil Larson, developer of the Ridgewood East 2nd. Addition to deed back to <br />the property owners whols lots bound the South end of Ridgewood East and School <br />View 1st. Addition which are lots B thru K. <br /> <br />Moved by Lundberg and seconded by Bailey recommending to the City Council <br />that they"approve the following zoning changes for Ridgewood East 2nd. Addition. <br /> <br />1. Change in zoning from R-l to R-2 lots 1,2,3,& 4 Block 1 and lots <br />1,2,3,4,5,& 6 Block2 (two family residents). <br />2. Change in zoning from R-l to R-3 lots 5,6,7, & 8 block 1. Maximum <br />of four plexes per lot. <br />3. Providing that the final plat is approved and recorded. <br />Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 6-0. <br />9:00 pm, Mr. Gongoll declared the continuation of the recessed public hearing <br />on the Warren Carlson Planned Unit Development and Mr. Kreusers proposed <br />over-all Land Use Plan opened. <br /> <br />Mr. Carlson introduced Mr. Bill Heinmen of Ricke-Carroll-Muller Associates Inc. <br />for his presentation of the over-all site plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Bob Vanderbrook of Eberheart Co. reviewed the management proceedures for <br />the Elk Hills Square proposal. <br />
