The minutes of the August 11, <br />1977 meeting were rev~ewed it was noted that rather than saying Reverend ThL~~er <br />it should read representatives of the church also the regular minutes of the <br />July 25, 1977 meeting should read lot M not Lot Ho With the two noted corrections <br />the minutes were approved as correctedo Motion una~imously carried by a vote <br />of 4-0. <br /> <br />Mre Arthur Hagen representing Moaern Building Systems met with the Commission <br />regarding the property his clients have purchased next to NorthbOUlld Off-Sale <br />Liquor Store. They would like a eyit easement to their property by way of the <br />east side of NorthbotLDd. They are proposing a full service grocer! and hardware <br />store. <br /> <br />The Commission reco~~ended that they rev~ew the pla~~ed tLn~~ developement plan <br />for this area to see if their plans comply vdth the over all developement~and <br />also is this site going to meet their-long range needso <br /> <br />Neil Larson met w~th the Ccm~ssion and presented the final plat for Ridgewood <br />East 2nd Addition for the Commissions approval 0 <br /> <br />Moved by Comrr~ssioner Toth and seconded by Com~issioner Lundberg to adopt,' <br />approve and recom~end to the C01L~cil the final plat approval for Ridgewood East <br />2nd Addition to include the follo~~ng conditions: <br /> <br />10 Deve19pe grade and pave Parkv~ew to comply with City Engineers plans <br />and specificationso <br />2~ Dedicate or deed lot M to the public or city for drainage purposes and <br />to include all 1l.8cessar;r grading fOl~ drainage to comply t'lTith City <br />Engineers plans and specifications 0 <br />30 Ilhstall ci t~i VJater 0 <br />L.c .All improv-ements to be completed vJithin a 12 mont11 period from date <br />of final plat approval. <br />5.
