<br />SPECIAL MEETIN OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Feb. l2th, 1973. <br /> <br />Pat Donohue appeared with Mr. Peterson of the Peterson COnstruction <br />Company of Buffalo, Minnesota, his contractor. <br />The plan had been changed to provide 7 off-street parking places by <br />eliminatiion of the parking dock spaces for 2 mail trucks <br />Further discussion Nas had concerning future expansimn, traffic patterns, one wa <br />traffic running north on irving. Drop Boxes that are legally on the drivers side <br />of the parking place, and the question of whether a Conditimnal Use Permit <br />was requiread because the building was a public Building. <br />A Motion was made seconded and carried to request an opinion form the Village <br />Attorney on this point. Mr. MacGibbon, the Attorney, sa~d that the ordinance is <br />written so as to require~ a conditional use permit in this situation. <br />A hearing on the Conditional Use Permit was set for the February Meeting <br />to be held on Feb. 26th, 1973. <br /> <br />G ROW TH <br /> <br />Growth figures for various towns throught ahe state and for some of the suburbs <br />of Minneapolis and St. Paul were listed showing the antisipated growth between <br />now and 1985.
