The Secretary acted as chairman <br />and secretary. Present: Rex Oettinger, Al Bailey, Hilmer Bartelt, John <br />Mac~ibbon, and Dan Bailey. <br />Cyril D. Bayer and his archetect appeared concerning the change <br />of zoning on lots in Orono. Specifications on ~ condominians were <br />presented. <br />Question of storm drain was considered and owner agreed to <br />provide adequate drainage for runoff. <br />Owner agreed to proviae watter by drilling wells. It was <br />proposed that it might be cheaper to run the water main up that far <br />and thus provide additional fire protection for the area at no cost, <br />to the other residents. Cost estimate on this to be provided to <br />village council. Cost of water installation, if any to be <br />boan by the developer. <br />Attorney MacGibbon, upon suudying the zoning ordinance pointed out <br />that it was not necessary to change the zoning to grant a variance for <br />a planned unit development. <br />Motion made by Al Bailey that the ~ Village C~ncil grant <br />a variance for a Planned unit development to cover lots in Bayer Property <br />as set forth in the proposed pla~s Subject to the regulations and <br />administrative procedures set forth on page 38 of the Zoning Ordinance, and <br />subject to the requirement that if city water is used that it will be paid <br />for by the developer. <br />Motion seconded by Hilmer Bartelt. Carried. <br /> <br />M.S.C. to approve the proposed correction of the plat of <br />Schoolview First Addition as proposed. <br /> <br />M.S.C. to ~ublish notice and hold a hearing at next meeting to rezone <br />land in vacinity of Elk RIver COncrete Products Co., from R3 and R4, to 1-2. <br /> <br />M.S.C. to publich notice and hold a hearing at next meeting to ~e~0Bez <br />certin land in the vacninity of Guardian Angels Rest Horn fram R3 to R4. <br />Meeting adjurned. <br />
