<br />June Meeting, June 30th, 1971. <br /> <br />Harry Kreuser appeared with a preliminary plat covering part of Lot199of <br />Auditors Sub. No.3. The preliminary plat was accepted on the condition <br />that the owner obtain an easement covering an anaditional 10 feet on each <br />side of the road as laid out in said preliminary, and gran~an easement <br />covering outlot IIAn. <br /> <br />Neil Larson appeared concerning a preliminary plat for the balance of the <br />property adjoining Johnson Plat wast of Baldwin Ave.; said plat to be <br />known as Tows Edge Court II .. Tabled. <br /> <br />Concerning the closing the the railroad corssings: <br />After due consideration and a determination that there was nothing <br />else that could be done, the planning commission reccomrnended to the <br />Village COuncil that the COntract saving one crossing be accepted. <br /> <br />Annexation: <br />Motion to annex school view addition was made. after some <br />discussion of the annexation of additional tracts, it was decided to <br />approve this annexation and it was so Eeccommended to the Village COuncil. <br /> <br />As an outgrowth of this discussion, it was decided to ask for funding <br />for a study of annexation and the setting up of a program of annexation. <br /> <br />Meeting adjurded. <br />
