The parcels are the <br />Malmstrom property on Proctor and the wooded portion of the Elk River Country Club. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />The Remediation Grant and the Natural and Scenic Areas Grant both require a Council resolution as part <br />of the application. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />If the grants are awarded, the city would pay $225,000 of the $900,000 purchase price.
