to be removed <br />Underlines to be added <br />Elk <br />River <br />Ordinance 25-16 <br />An Ordinance Amending the City Code to Establish a 2026 Master Fee Schedule <br />for the City of Elk River, Minnesota <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br />SECTION 1. <br />The schedule of fees and rates attached hereto as Exhibit A, Exhibit B, and Exhibit C is hereby <br />adopted by deleting the strikethrough language and adding the underline language. <br />SECTION 2. <br />Where a direct conflict exists between the amount of a fee or charge set by any provision of the City <br />Code and a fee or charge set by this Ordinance, the fee or charge set by this Ordinance applies. <br />SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective January 1, 2026. <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 17' day of November, 2025. <br />J h .
