That 5 Sec. 58-39, Yard Waste Transfer Facility Regulations of the City of Elk River <br />Code of Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 58-39. Compos Yard Waste transfer facility regulations. <br />(a) Acceptable materials.
