Enclosed are four (4) copies of an agreement between the <br />City and the Minnesota Historical Society. This agreement is issued pursuant to Section II of the <br />above referenced procedures and federal regulations. Please ensure that all four copies of the <br />agreement are signed by both the chair of the heritage preservation commission and yourself and <br />return them to me. Upon receipt of all signed copies of this agreement, we will complete final <br />processing and forward your request for certification to the National Park Service for final <br />review.
