You should have <br />received a separate email from me with additional information. Please let me know your <br />travel/attendance plans so we can book your hotel/conference registrations <br />accordingly. <br />• The Minnesota Municipal Power Agency (MMPA) annual dinner meeting is scheduled <br />for the evening of Tuesday, July 22 at Canterbury Park (1100 Canterbury Road, <br />Shakopee, MN 55379). A cocktail reception will begin at 5:30 PM, followed by a dinner <br />and presentation. Optional tours of the Shakopee Energy Park will begin at 4:00 PM. <br />Transportation will be provided from Canterbury Park - please meet in the main lobby. <br />Formal invitations have been sent by MMPA. Please RSVP directly to MMPA or let me <br />know and I can RSVP for you. <br />• Staff had a planning call with Dave Berg to discuss our cost-of-service study. Dave will <br />provide a full proposal with milestones in the next few weeks. We expect the study will <br />be done in September/October with a draft report available for review at the November <br />commission meeting. The study will be finalized in time for a December rate adoption. <br />• The MMPA Board of Directors met on June 24, 2025, at Chaska City Hall in Chaska, <br />Minnesota, and via videoconference. Commissioner Stewart and I attended. The public <br />summary follows: <br />o The Board reviewed the Agency’s financial and operating performance for May <br />2025. <br />o Participation in the residential Clean Energy Choice program increased by 71 <br />customers. Customer penetration for the program is 6.4%. <br />o The Board discussed the status of renewable projects the Agency is pursuing. <br />o The Board discussed the Minnesota 2025 Legislative Session. <br />72
