We would <br />now like to upgrade to commercial grade vinyl tile throughout. The cost for this will exceed the budgeted <br />amount. <br /> <br />Discussion <br />The existing carpeting is now 9 yrs. old and looking worn. Carpeting was a low cost flooring alternative <br />but has not proven practical for a high traffic retail environment. It also requires a lot of maintenance. <br />The office will also be recarpeted. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />Tile and installation will be approximately $26,000.00.
