That Chapter 30, Division 9, Subdivision III. Approved Planned Unit Development Districts of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended to add the following Section: Section 30-1605. — Tall Pines PUD (a) Legal Description. The following described propert}� located within the Cirkf of Elk River. Sherburne County, Minnesota is hereby zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development: Lots 1 — 15, Block 1, Lots 1 — 13, Block 2. and Outlots A — B. TALL PINES P.U.D. SECOND ADDITION, Sherburne County, Minnesota. AND Lots 1-14, Block 1, and Oudot A, EVERGREEN TOWNHOMES, Sherburne Count) - Minnesota. (b) PUD Development Standards.
