of <br />ver <br />City of Elk River <br />City Council <br />Resolution 25-23 <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging <br />Contributions <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br />individuals for their contributions to the community; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $2,500 donation from Zimmerman Livonia <br />Fire Relief Association with the intent it be used by the Parks and Recreation Department <br />for park equipment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four -fifths <br />vote, to acknowledge the support and commend Zimmerman Livonia Fire Relief <br />Association for their donation. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Grupa and duly seconded by Councitmember Wagner, and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof.
