Customer service representatives are actively making <br />outbound calls to schedule water meter replacements. Additionally, the Billing Specialist <br />is collaborating closely with the Meter Tech department to facilitate the exchange of 2S <br />electric meters. The AMI team continues to hold regular meetings on Thursday <br />mornings. <br />• Currently there are three active residential solar photovoltaic projects planned or under <br />construction in the ERMU service territory. <br />• The Lead Customer Service Representative participated in Elk River High School’s Bite of <br />Reality event, a hands-on simulation where 9th graders practiced making real-life <br />financial decisions based on assigned life scenarios. <br />• Our summer IT Intern Michael started on May 27. <br />• The IT team remains actively engaged in collaboration with Marco to advance key <br />security initiatives for 2025. <br /> <br />195
