<br /> <br />Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />UTILITIES COMMISSION MEETING <br /> <br />TO: <br />ERMU Commission <br />FROM: <br />Mark Hanson – General Manager <br />MEETING DATE: <br />May 13, 2025 <br />AGENDA ITEM NUMBER: <br />1.4 <br />SUBJECT: <br />Recognition of Employee Longevity – Scott Thoreson, 32 Years <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Recognize Scott Thoreson for 32 years of service and award the Longevity Bonus paycheck. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In September 2021, the Commission approved a Longevity Pay benefit to be paid to qualifying, <br />eligible employees based on their years of service according to the schedule below. <br />8 years $1,550 <br />12 years $2,025 <br />16 years $2,100 <br />20 years $2,125 <br />24 years $2,300 <br />28 years $3,000 <br />32 years $3,000 <br /> <br />DISCUSSION: <br />Line Crew Foreperson Scott Thoreson has been an employee with ERMU since May 26, 1993, <br />and, therefore, has earned the 32-year longevity pay benefit. We recognize Scott and all his <br />contributions to the success of ERMU. <br /> <br />2
