The right-of-way has not been improved since platting, and has <br />been mown by the adjacent property to the south. The adjacent property owner also entered into a license <br />agreement (attached) with the city for a shed which encroaches onto the city property - the shed was not <br />constructed by the current owner. <br /> <br />The community has expressed interest in improvements to the right-of-way to better facilitate access to the <br />lake. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />None <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Work with citizens to achieve goals. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />1.
