These consisted of 82 normal
tickets, 7 emergency tickets, 18 updated tickets, 1 meet, 1 planning, and 2 cancellations.
This resulted in an 8.3% decrease in tickets from the previous month and a 0.9%
increase from the prior February.
• Staff continues to research the GPS solutions from locating equipment vendors. The
locators are currently demoing the Subsite unit from Ditch Witch. We will also plan on
demoing the unit from Radio Detection when it becomes available.
• Electrical technicians completed 98 service order tasks, updated the power bill,
addressed customer meter issues and any off-peak concerns.
• The Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) residential water meters and residential
electric meters continue to be installed in new services. The electrical technicians have
been busy changing out our Automated Meter Reading meters to AMI for off-peak
around the system. Approximately 5000 water meters and 9000 electric meters are
currently active within our AMI system.
• Staff have successfully completed oil replacement/dehydration on seven switchgears so
far utilizing the trailer-mounted oil collection system. Contaminated oil is reconditioned
overnight and then used in another switchgear the next day. Tests of oil in completed
units shows the moisture levels returning to acceptable levels. We are looking at
extending the timeframe on this project to recondition the oil on as many switchgear as
possible by the end of March.
• Our monthly peak was 49.45 MW on February 17 at 12:04pm.
______________________________________________________________________________
Page 1 of 1
150
