Following two rounds of interviews, reference, and background checks, we <br />recommend Chris Sauer for this position. <br /> <br />Mr. Sauer worked for five years in ISD 11 (Anoka-Hennepin) and ISD 728 (Elk River Area Schools) as a <br />technology para and assistant. In 2018, he moved into a custodian role at Salk Middle School and has been <br />working there since. <br /> <br />Mr. Sauer will start at step B of the Local 49 Custodial pay plan.
