Members <br />present were Darrell Mack , Ken Nelson and Stuart Lorenz. <br /> <br />II. Previous meeting's minutes were read and approved. <br /> <br />III. Treasurer's report was read and approved. <br /> <br />IV. Old Business: <br /> <br />A. The School Board will act upon the proposed Joint Use <br />Agreement at its May la, 1983 meeting. <br /> <br />B. An invoice for $417 from Community Education was <br />received. The motion carried to pay bill in full. <br /> <br />V. New Business: <br /> <br />A. None <br /> <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
