Call Meeting to Order/Roll Call <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic <br />Development Authority Together Elk River Sub-Committee was called to order at <br />9:06 a.m. by Jennifer Wagner. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Consent Agenda <br /> <br /> Motion by Debbi and seconded by Katie to approve the September 2, <br />2020 Meeting Minutes. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />3. Together Elk River Marketing Campaign <br /> <br />Together Elk River Brand Ambassadors: The group discussed the list of stakeholders <br />and the plan to move this group forward. <br /> Brand Ambassador List <br />o Colleen will update the stakeholder list to include as many email <br />addresses as possible and will upload the list to Dropbox for other <br />members to add /revise accordingly. <br /> Email message: <br />o Colleen will work with Kaylin on the verbiage for a draft email <br />th <br />message and will send a draft to the group by September 25. <br /> Email message sent to Brand Ambassadors <br />th <br />o Colleen will send out on September 29 by 8:30 am and will “flag” <br />th <br />the message – with a deadline to respond by October 7. <br />th <br /> The Together Elk River Subcommittee will meet on October 7 at 10:00 am <br />to review the list of responses and will create a plan to contact others on the <br />list via a phone call – to get their buy in/participation <br />st <br /> The first Brand Ambassador meeting is tentatively planned for October 21 <br />from 12 – 1 pm and will be held at the Multi-Purpose facility. The group will <br />order boxed lunches from Jimmy Johns. <br /> <br /> <br />
