The <br />scouts will stand up front for a few minutes afterwards for photo opportunities. <br /> <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />Den Leader James Wrubel will be in attendance with the WEBELO 1 Den, Elk River Cub Scout Pack 111, <br />which is made up of fourth graders. <br /> <br />The scouts are currently working on their citizenship requirements and met with the mayor prior to the <br />Council meeting to talk about the Council's role in government, how members are elected, and to attend a <br />meeting to see how government works. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />N/A <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Reflect the culture of citizens and what is important. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />Page 3 of 227
