Concrete will not be <br />poured until Spring 1977. Bill of $70.00 to Al Uhde, 20600 Rush Meadow Lane, Rogers, <br />for grading was aprroved. Jaycees will continue to provide manpower and finish the <br />project. <br /> <br />BUDGET BALANCE: At Board Chairman's request, city secretary reviewed all vouchers <br />paid in 1976. Extra revenues amounted to $2,274.36, added to budget of $11,615.00 <br />brought total to $13,889.36. Total expenditures to date are $11,745.97, leaving a <br />balance of $2,143.39. <br /> <br />~1 PARK EQUIPMENT: Board approved purchase of additional playground equipment under 1976 <br />budget. It was specified that total balance would not be spent. Ken Nelson:E crew will <br />build two additional picnic tables during the winter. Cost will come from 1976 budget. <br /> <br />BOARD TFJU~S EXPIRED: Stan Moreland's and Jim Bredeck's terms e~~ire 12/31/76. Vacancies <br />will not be filled at this time, pending outcome of city/township consolidation and need <br />for equal representation. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned 8:30 PM. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
