Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic <br />Development Authority Together Elk River Sub -Committee was called to order at <br />4:41 pm by Jennifer Wagner. <br />2. Consider Agenda <br />Moved by Charlie and seconded by Debbi to approve the agenda. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br />3. Consent Agenda <br />Moved by Debbi and seconded by Charlie to approve the February 21, 2023 <br />Meeting Minutes. Motion carried 3-0. <br />4.1 169 Construction Update <br />Brent provided MnDOTs update on initial impacts from the Hwy 169 construction. <br />Brent advised that Cory and Kati from ISD 728 are interested in maintaining a <br />connection with the Together Elk River Subcommittee and attending future <br />meetings. <br />Brent shared that meetings with Orange Ball will commence on Wednesday 3/22. <br />The team on that call will work quickly to get communication out on the upcoming <br />traffic impacts. <br />
