Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic Development Authority <br /> Together Elk River Subcommittee was called to order at 5:05 p.m. by Jennifer. <br /> 2. Consider Agenda <br /> Moved by Debbi and seconded by Joanna to approve the agenda. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> 3. Consider Minutes <br /> Moved by Debbi and seconded by Joanna to approve November 20,2023,Meeting Minutes. <br /> Motion carried 4-0. <br /> 4.1 Visitor Marketing and Community Engagement <br /> Josh introduced a community engagement software called Bandwango to determine if it would be a good fit <br /> for our community and if the Together Elk River Committee should be involved. <br /> Brent shared additional details on the software including pricing. <br /> The committee determined that this software may not be a good fit for Elk River and was not interested in <br /> hearing additional information. <br /> 4.2 Billboard Update <br /> Josh shared that the previously approved billboards will run through December 26t.Josh then shared the <br /> list of available billboards and their corresponding locations and prices. <br /> Jennifer would prefer a static ad if a billboard was secured on I-94. <br /> The committee requested that staff provide Placer.ai data to help determine the most effective billboard <br /> location. <br /> 4.3 General Updates <br /> Josh shared that January's meeting will fall on a Tuesday due to the MLK holiday. <br />
