When the commission policy restructuring occurred in 2017 the
consultant initially established a rolling two year Governance Agenda. By December of 2018 the
Commission voted to switch to an annual cycle. Accordingly, staff recommends changing the
word "biennial" to "annual."
ATTACHMENTS:
• Updated - ERMU Policy — G.3d — Monitoring Performance of the General Manager
Page 1 of 1
