We went to market and received <br />13 applications. Following interviews, background and reference checks, we recommend Joe Hale for this <br />position. <br /> <br />Mr. Hale holds an Environmental Science, Policy, and Management Degree from the University of Minnesota. <br />He has been working at the Scott Soil and Water Conservation District where he is a resource and permit <br />specialist. Previous work experience includes a right-of-way technician for the South Florida Water <br />Management District and a law compliance representative for the Minnesota Department of Natural <br />Resources. <br /> <br />Mr. Hale will start at pay step A for this position which is in pay grade 7E.
