Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) has requested a resolution authorizing the use of
existing Trunk Utility Funds to ensure adequate funds to cover upfront costs that exceed the SPAP allocation
of $1.1 million. Currently, the city has paid $1,227,173.64 for work completed to date. The total cost
associated with the project is $2,333,051.63. This resolution acts as a formal assurance to MMB that the city
is able to cover upfront costs associated with the Rolling Hills Sewer Extension project, and is a requirement
for release of the grant funds. No changes to funding sources or costs are being requested.

Financial Impact
None

Mission/Policy/Goal
Opportunity to live, work, and play

Attachments
1.
