No <br />one spoke during the public hearing and the city has not received any additional comments for or against the <br />proposed project. <br />The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the amendment. <br />Financial Impact <br />None <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Supports the growth and development of the community. <br />Agile, adapting to the changing needs of residents and businesses. <br />Attachments <br />I.
