An internal
recruitment resulted in Secretary/Receptionist Tiffany Rossmeisl being selected for that position. This left Ms.
Rossmeisl's secretary/receptionist position vacant. We went to market to fill that position and received 88
applications. Following interviews, background, and pre -employment testing, we recommend Caroline Koch
for this position.
Ms. Koch is currently working for Morrell Companies in the administrative/receptionist area. She worked for
Sherburne County as an administrative assistant for four years and as a legal secretary prior to that. She holds
a Legal Secretary Certificate.
Ms. Koch will start at step B of pay grade 6N. All pay and benefits will be consistent with city policy.
Financial Impact
This is a budgeted position.
Mission/Policy/Goal
The Elk River Mission
Attachments
None
The Elk River Vision
A avelcoming community with revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional service, and community p p W E H E 0 BINMURd201
engagement that encourages and inspires prosperity
