The subject property, 19176 Kent Street NW, has been reviewed by city staff and the city <br />attorney and we have determined that the building on the property is hazardous to the city and must be <br />repaired or removed. Staff have made numerous attempts to contact the property owner, but we have been <br />unsuccessful. <br />The city attorney has prepared the attached memo outlining the findings and process, an order declaring the <br />property as hazardous, and a resolution ordering the buildings repair or removal. <br />Financial Impact <br />The city will incur legal and repair/demolition costs, which can be assessed to the property. <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Attachments <br />1.
