Since that time, in order to facilitate discussion, the City Council directed staff to <br />prepare a concept plan for the possible development of the properties on the east side of <br />Cleveland Street, north of County Road 12. The concept plan assumes the properties will <br />develop with city sewer/water and was laid out with the R1d zoning district dimensional <br />requirements. The wetland boundaries shown on the plan are approximate and are based on <br />information from the National Wetland Inventory. <br /> <br />The attached plan is for discussion purpose only. <br />
