Background/Discussion The Multipurpose Facility Advisory Ordinance requires the following regarding facility capital improvement items: The commission shall annually provide a draft capital improvement plan to the city council that includes capitol replacement, repairs, and additions. The plan shall project improvements over a rolling ten year period. The capitol plan shall be completed no later than September > of eachyear. FT Center staff has developed the included draft of a 10-year capital item list for the Multipurpose Facility. For comparison, the draft capital items list prepared during the 2024 budget process is included. Financial Impact Provides long-range planning for expenditures necessary for the upkeep and improvement of the Multipurpose Facility.
