ver <br />Ordinance 24 - 12 <br />to be removed <br />Underlines to be added <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter, 30, Division 9, Other Nonoverlay Districts, of <br />the City of Elk River, Minnesota, City Code <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That Chapter 30, Division 9, Other Nonoverlay Districts, of the City of Elk River <br />Code of Ordinances shall be amended to add the following Subdivision and Section: <br />Subdivision III. AV12roved Planned Unit Development Districts <br />Section 30-1600. — Bradford Park PUD <br />(a) Legal Description. The followings described propem located within the Cit) of Elk River, <br />Sherburne County Minnesota is hereby zoned PUD Planned Unit Development: <br />The followingi-rohem located in Section 36.
