Call Meeting to Order <br />The February 12, 2024 meeting of the Multipurpose Facility Advisory Commission was called to order <br />by a quorum of present members at 6:33p.m. <br />Motion by Commissioner Wagner and seconded by Commissioner Walker to assign <br />Commissioner Westgaard to run the February 12, 2024 MFAC meeting. Motion carried 5-0. <br />2. Oath of Office <br />Commissioners Kotzian and Henderson are sworn in. <br />3. Election of Officers <br />Motion by Commissioner Wagner and seconded by Chair Westgaard to move the election of <br />officers to the April meeting. Motion carried 5-0. <br />4. Consider Agenda <br />Motion by Commissioner Wagner and seconded by Commissioner Walker to approve the <br />February 12, 2024, Multipurpose Facility Advisory Commission agenda after removing the <br />election of officers. Motion carried 5-0. <br />5.1. Consider Minutes <br />Motion by Commissioner Wagner and seconded by Commissioner Walker to approve the <br />December 11, 2023 minutes. Motion carried 5-0. <br />5.2. Consider Minutes <br />Motion by Commissioner Wagner and seconded by Commissioner Walker to approve the <br />December 19, 2023 minutes. Motion carried 5-0. <br />
