The applicant is <br />requesting a simple plat to subdivide their 49.61-acre property into two parcels. Lot one will be 43.78 acres in <br />size and Lot 2 will be 4.46 acres. Access to the site will be from 221st Avenue. <br /> <br />Parks and Recreation Trails Master Plan <br />The Parks and Recreation Trails Master Plan indicates a proposed trail along 221st Avenue in front of the <br />property as indicated on the attached trail plan.
