If this date works, <br />the Council would need to determine their work schedule for that date. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />Staff has tentatively scheduled the event for July 25, which is Elk RiverFest week and the whole week would be <br />designated, via proclamation, Volunteer Appreciation week. <br /> <br />We would locate the Council at the check-in desk. The concert that night is the Free & Easy Band. Rotary is also <br />scheduled to be at the Farmer's Market this same date.
