The parcel includes a cityr-maintained stoYmwateY pond which treats runoff from the cityr street The <br />outlot also includes a�5,600 square foot section that provides access to Wapiti Park through an ingress/egress <br />easement This section of the driveway had served as paYt of the primaryr access to Wapiti prioY to the sale of what <br />is now Elk Ridge Estates. <br />With the platting of the subdivision, Wapiti now has full access and frontage on the public cul-de-sac at the end of <br />Salem Street, but the access through the cit�T parcel continues to be their primaryT access point. <br />The propertyr owneY to the west of the cityr-owned lot, Dan Kruger, has pYoposed purchasing the �5,600 squaYe <br />foot section that provides access to Wapiti. He would like to use the lot to improve access and mobilityr on his lot <br />byT allo`ving him to create a turn-around for his vehicles and trailers. iVlr. Kruger has also placed rock on the cinT lot <br />to cYeate a driveway for turning his vehicles.
