An appeal of staffs interpretation regarding a freestanding sign. <br />. A conditional use permit to operate an equipment rental business. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />. Minutes from December 19,2005 City Council meeting <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />At the December 19th meeting the Council considered the above requests. After discussing <br />the requests, Council directed staff to draft a condition making the proposed sign part of the <br />conditional use permit and a condition addressing the possible closing of Railroad Drive. <br />These additional conditions are as follows: <br /> <br />Revised Conditions #2 <br /> <br />The driveways onto Railroad Drive may remain open on an interim basis. It is contemplated <br />that the intersection of Railroad Drive and Jackson Avenue may be closed at some point in <br />the future either for safety reasons or to facilitate redevelopment of the area.
