<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />July 16, 1915 <br /> <br />A Special meeting of Village Council was held at the office of C.F. Fiman on Friday July 16, 1915. <br /> <br />Present – C.F. Fiman, Pres, F.M. Plank, E.E Scott, E.J. Keegan Trustees and W.F. Chadbourne <br />Clerk <br /> <br />F.D. Waterman and C.S. Wheaton <br /> <br />Meeting called to order by President at 8:30 P.M. <br /> <br />F.D. Waterman presented his Bond in the sum of two thousand ($2000.00) dollars and asked that it <br />be accepted and that the President of Village Council and Clerk sign his contract for lighting Village <br />and also Ordinance No. 64 and 65. <br /> <br />The following Resolution was presented <br />Resolved. That the bond to the Village of Elk River Minnesota made by F.D. Waterman as principal <br />for 2000.00 dated July 15 – 1915, with Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland as surety. Filed <br />with the Village Clerk on the 16 day of July 1915 be and the same is hereby approved and the <br />President and Clerk are authorized and directed to so note on said bond. Passed by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />Thereupon the President and Clerk proceeded to and did sign Ordinance 64 and 65 also contract of <br />said F.D. Waterman is presence of witnesses and delivered contract to said F.D. Waterman. <br /> <br />No further business adjourned <br />W.F. Chadbourne <br />Vill Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
