<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />September 16, 1916 <br /> <br />A Special meeting of the Village Council was held at the Office C.F. Fiman Pres on Saturday Sept <br />16, 1916. <br /> <br />Present – C.F. Fiman, Pres, E.J. Keegan, E.E. Scott, F.M. Plank Trustees and W.F. Chadbourne, <br />Clerk. <br />Visitors representative of the Ohio Improvement Co who presented a plat of North Side Park <br />addition and asked its acceptance by said Council as a part of or addition to Village. <br /> <br />On motion of F.M. Plank sec. by E.E. Scott to accept same Roll Call <br /> <br />C.F. Fiman aye <br />E.J. Keegan aye <br />E.E. Scott aye <br />F.M. Plank aye <br />W.F.
