<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />February 24, 1915 <br /> <br />The Village Council met at the Office of C.F. Fiman Pres on Wednesday evening Feb 24, 1915. <br /> <br />Present – C.F. Fiman Pres, F.M. Plank Trustee and W.F. Chadbourne <br /> <br />This meeting was called for the purpose of auditing accounts for the past year. <br /> <br />R.A. Calif Vill Treas presented his report which was examined and compared with books of Clerk <br />and found correct. <br /> <br />The Clerk was instructed to prepare a statement for publication in Star News immediately. <br /> <br />Report of Treas. accepted and placed on file. <br /> <br />The following bills were allowed and orders were drawn for their respective amts. <br /> <br />These bills being authorized by law <br />C.F. Flk Co for a permit to rebuild store and for the use of ½ street in <br />front of said building during construction request granted and clerk ordered to issue permit. <br /> <br />Geo H. Blanchett made application for license to sell intoxicating liquor at N.E.
