<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />February 10, 1915 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of Village Council was held at the Office of C.F. Fiman on Wednesday Feb 10, <br />1915. <br /> <br />Present – C.F. Fiman, Pres, E.E. Scott, F.M. Plank and E.J. Keegan Trustees and W.F. Chadbourne <br />Clerk <br /> <br />The following bills were presented and on motion allowed and orders drawn for their respective <br />amts. <br /> <br />Indiana Refining Co gasoline 19.80 <br />C.M. Babcock rent of Engine house 1914 60.00 <br />Patterson St Lighting Co 18.00 <br />Frank J White atty fees 2.00 <br />99.80 <br /> <br />On motion duly made seconded and carried the Pres C.F. Fiman was instructed to see that all slot <br />machines were stopped being used and also to see that billiard and pool tables were operated <br />according to provision of Ordinance governing same. <br /> <br />No further bis adjourned <br /> <br />W.F.
