The setback for the trail <br />should follow the Ordinary High Water Mark. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />The subject property is 5.64 acres, zoned R1-c, and located at the end <br />of Johnson Court in the Park Point Subdivision. The applicant is <br />requesting to replat Outlot A of Park Pointe into one buildable lot and <br />one Outlot. The one buildable lot will connect to the existing Johnson <br />Court cul-de-sac on the east side of the parcel and abuts Kleiver Marsh <br />on the west side. <br /> <br />Parks and Recreation Trails Master Plan <br />The Parks and Recreation Trails Master Plan indicates a proposed trail <br />along Kliever Marsh connecting the two separate areas of Kliever <br />Marsh Park.
