The future development of the property
includes the possibility of a trail according to the trail master plan. Commissioner Anderson requested this be a
discussion item at the November meeting. Currently, there is only parking on the west side of the road, across
from the baseball fields which raises safety concerns about pedestrians crossing to the east side of the road to
access the ball fields.

I also reviewed this conceptual trail with City Planner Zach Carlton, and he feels we should wait on trail location/
alignment until the property gets developed.

Financial Impact
None

Mission/Policy/Goal
Opportunity to live, work and play

Attachments
 Proctor Road Conceptual Trail One
 Proctor Road Conceptual Trail Two
 Proctor Road Conceptual Trail Aerial
