<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />November 20, 1913 <br /> <br /> <br />A Special meeting of Village Council was held at the Office of Charles F. Firman on Thursday the <br />20 of Nov 1913. <br /> <br />Present: C.F. Firman Pres, F.M. Plank, Ed Keegan, and E.E. Scott Trustees and W.F. Chadbourne <br />Clerk. <br />Meeting called to order by Pres at 9:30 a.m. <br /> <br />The following bill was presented and on motion allowed. <br />The Patterson St lighting Co 1 gross 21.60 <br /> <br />The following resolution was presented and on motion duly carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Resolved that the sum of three thousand 3,000.00 be assessed on the <br />property to meeting expenses for the coming eyar 1914 and that the clerk notify the County Auditor <br />to that effect. <br /> <br />Joe L’Herault was hired to proceed immediately to clearn out sewer on his lease. <br /> <br /> <br />No further business adjourned. <br /> <br />W.F.
