<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />August 12, 1914 <br /> <br /> <br />A regular meeting of Village Council was held at the Office of Charles F Firman Pres Wednesday <br />evening Aug 12, 1914. <br /> <br />Present: Charles F. Firman, Pres, F.M. Plank, E.J. Keegan, Trustee and W.F. Chadbourne Clerk. <br />F.D. Waterman, R.A. Calef, Andrew Davis, C.M. Babcock, Geo Blanchell. <br /> <br />Meeting called to order by Pres at 8:00 P.M. <br /> <br />This being our reg. meeting the following bills were taken up and on motion allowed and Clerk <br />instructed to draw orders for their respective amts. <br /> <br />E.J.
