Background/Discussion Over the past three yTears, the Council has approved the purchase of 12 pickup trucks for replacements `vithin the Public Works Department's fleet Ten of these pickups were approved by the Council at the July 17 and August 21, 2023 meetings. One more truck is now readyT for purchase and its quote is attached for approval. The final truck is available; ho`vever due to increased pricing on the cab-chassis builds, staff will hold off on the final truck purchase until all pYoceeds are received from auction of the old vehicles. If revenues from the auction of the e�sting trucks meet pYojections, staff will continue with the purchase of the final truck. The current truck is an F-250 standard pickup. The purchase from Cornerstone Ford of Elk RiveY will utilize a combination of funds budgeted in the 2023 Fleet Replacement Fund and ARPA funds approved by the Council. Financial Impact $58340.24 from the Equipment Replacement Fund. Once final build-out costs are determined, final impacts to the approved ARPA fund supplement `vill be detailed.
