The interim payT is consistent `vith other situations we have had `vhere employTees take on <br />additional responsibilities due to a vacancyT. <br />It is expected that his leave `vill be about two weeks. During this period Ms. Gustafson will also work as an FLSA <br />exempt employee. <br />Financial Impact <br />For a two-week period, the financial impact `vould be appro�matelyT $255.00.
