The applicant is seeking a <br />CUP to amend the PUD agreement signage regulations to allow 45 sf of <br />drive -up menu boards per lane. <br />RR <br />Culver's Franchising Systems (CFS) provides a Brand Standard menu board <br />(MB-DT-46) for all its locations nationwide and the proposed amendment <br />will satisfy that standard. <br />Planning Commission <br />During the public hearing, no one spoke for or against the request and staff <br />has not received any comments since the commission meeting. <br />A representative for the applicant indicated Culver's does not utilize presale Figure' <br />menu boards and what they are proposing is less than would be allowed if they used two signs per lane. <br />CR 33 <br />The Planning Commission had no questions or concerns about the request and unanimously recommended <br />approval. <br />Financial Impact <br />None <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />■ Responsibly grow <br />The Elk River Vision P I I E I E I I Y <br />A n elcoming community avith revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional [NATUREI <br />service, and community engagement that encourages and inspires pro perity.
